Thomas asks…How to determine fatigue limit and endurance limit in an S-N curve?In material science, the S-N curve is used to measure the fatigue life of a certain material. I know that "S-N" stands for Fatigue Strength vs Number of stress cycles. My question is, what does it mean by fatigue limit and endurance limit; and how do you determine them.
