Surfing For Physics Formulas For Force?

Betty asks…Physics force question?The question states a 120 kg suitcase is loaded into the trunk of a car. If the height of the car's bumper decreases by 17cm , what is the force constant of its rear suspension?

I tired k=120*0.17*0.5, but the answer 10.2 was not right. Can someone help?Nancy answers:Try this formula;
F = k * x
force (N) = force constant (N/cm) * deformation (cm)
-the units usually help you find the correct formula, never forget that in physics
also, the force applied from
