David asks…Does reporting a transaction dispute in the Resolution Center on PayPal ever reaches a satisfactory outcome?I reported a dispute on PayPal regarding something I bought on iOffer.
The item has not reached me after more than a month. Furthermore, I checked and realized the item (some USB gadget) is a fake. There's no such product under the brand that it is advertised.
Does this PayPal thingy help me get my money back or is it just a waste of time?
Is the seller just going to close
