Surfing For In More Than A Motorcycle?
Ken asks…If a Virginia resident purchase a motorcycle from out of state(PA), does it need anything other than signature?Virginia Resident purchases motorcycle from PA....He is handed a PA title that is signed off by person who is listed on title...Can he do title transfer by himself then in Virginia when he gets home..I was always told out of state titles need nothing more than a signature..Thanks in advance for any responses.Nancy answers:Always write up two copies of a dated bill of sale.
