Surfing For In More Than Not?
Jenny asks…What is the punishment for being caught with more than one passenger in a car for a driver age 16 in Michigan?I know that you cannot have more than one passenger (unless it is a family member) but i am confused on the punishment for being caught. At first I was told that it is simply a fine for the first offense. Now i am hearing that you can have your license suspended for great amounts of time. Can someone please help me, its not that i want to always violate this rule just that
