Surfing For When Dealing With An Angry Customer?
Charles asks…How do you deal with difficult customers?Especially over the phone. I think I do well. I normally kill them with kindness. Either they become more angry or they can't be angry because I was too nice to them! Some of them are down right unreasonable and demand me to perform the impossible as if they were royalty!
