Surfing For When Dealing With An Upset Customer?
Daniel asks…Dealing with rude customers?I work in customer service at an insurance company. Recently a lady Called very upset about an issue that was out of our control as she brought it upon herself. Anyways...long story short she has been extremely rude and telling us that we are idiots (to say it nicely), She has also made up stuff that she said that WE said....it's stuff that we obviously didn't tell her.
