Chris asks…How to deal with anxiety?I texted my friend, talking about marijuana. (I used to smoke on the regular, but i haven't in 6 months.) But i did not know he has his phone taken. His mother is a teacher at another school. Don't try and say "oh you shouldn't have been talking about it" i just need a way to calm down. any suggestions??
