Surfing For When Dealing With A Realtor?
John asks…Buyers Agent Agreement with Realtor after deal falls apart?I tried purchasing a home 6 months ago through my realtor. The deal fell apart and I cancelled the contract. Now the home is FSBO and my wife and I REALLY want this house. We'd like to contact the sellers and see if we can work out a deal. Am I still in a contract with my original agent back then?
