Surfing For When Dealing With Anxiety?
Linda asks…how to deal with anxiety when your girlfriend is out with her friends?My girlfriend is with her friends tonight. She has promised me she won't drink tonight but her friends might. I am worried for her so much to where I can't sleep. I feel like I have really bad anxiety. Like my stomach hurts really bad right between my ribs. I want this pain to go away cuz I want her to have fun but I can't let her cuz I text her constantly and question her to make sure she's ok. how can I deal
