Surfing For Reaction Distance Formula?

Mary asks…Physics homework-Not sure if done right.?The question:
Determine a safe driving distance rule using kinematics (assuming a decceleration rate of about 4.5 m/s^2 and a reaction/throttle-to-brake time of 0.5 sec). Fill in the Table using (whole, rounded off) car lengths (=4.5 m). Hint: Take each speed as initial and calculate how far the care travels in coming to rest.

Find the distance for:
10 mph
20 mph
30 mph
40 mph
50 mph
60 mph
70 mph
