Try laying in your bed and relaxing all your muscles.
Breathe slow and deeply. Let all the tension go out of your body. I hope you will not have another earthquake. I don't think I would be able to relax after an earthquake either. I think as time passes you will be able to feel calmer. Good Luck.Helen asks…What are
